Stephanie March Shares Interest of Revisiting Role as Alex Cabot in Law & Order: SVU

Stephanie March, known for her role as ADA Alex Cabot in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, expressed her openness to returning to the show during a recent interview with PEOPLE.

March reminisced about her time on the series, which began in 2000 and spanned three years as a regular cast member, followed by occasional guest appearances. Despite not appearing on the show since 2018, March remains enthusiastic about the possibility of reprising her role.

March emphasized the enduring relevance and impact of Law & Order: SVU, attributing its success to its ability to depict real-life stories.

She commended the dedication of her fellow actors, notably Mariska Hargitay, and expressed admiration for their portrayal of complex characters.

According to March, the show’s ability to resonate with audiences stems from its authentic portrayal of challenging issues drawn from current events.

Ultimately, March’s sentiments reflect her fondness for the series and appreciation for the opportunity to be part of a show that sheds light on important societal issues while delivering compelling storytelling.
