J.Y. Park made a significant announcement on March 5 through his YouTube channel ASAP Studio titled “[EXCLUSIVE] JYP’s J.Y. Park Major Announcement.” In the video, he declared, “At JYP Entertainment, we are officially announcing today that we are temporarily stepping back from managing NMIXX’s Bae. We hope she can discover her untapped potential without constraints. This concludes the official statement.”
Addressing Bae directly in the video, J.Y. Park encouraged her, “Bae, since it’s come to this, try everything you want to do. But remember, things may not always go as planned when you try.”
NMIXX’s Bae will leave the group for a solo venture.
