Highlights included Aaron Harrison’s deep three-pointers, Andrew Harrison’s offensive contributions, Willie Cauley-Stein’s impactful defense, and Eric Bledsoe’s aggressive driving and playmaking. The energy was palpable as former Wildcats turned back the clock, showing their prowess in front of a cheering crowd.
La Familia’s performance was dominant as they defeated the 305 Ballers with a score of 82-56 in their round of 64 matchup in The Basketball Tournament. The team, led by head coach Tyler Ulis, quickly took control of the game.
Despite a brief tie early on, La Familia maintained a commanding lead throughout, extending their advantage significantly after the Elam Ending rule came into play. Their performance was a testament to their cohesive play and the enduring legacy of Kentucky basketball.

Tyler Ulis, the head coach and former Wildcats star, expressed his joy at reuniting with former teammates.
