The highly sought-after ‘DD 5’ plate was secured by Muhammad BinGhatti, chairman of Binghatti Holding. It was one of five premium car plate numbers that collectively fetched Dh75.9 million during the auction, which was organized by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) in partnership with Emirates Auction.

The price paid for this exclusive number plate is equivalent to the cost of three Bugatti Chiron hypercars, which were showcased at the event. The limited-edition vehicle, now completely sold out, has a starting price of $3.1 million, excluding destination fees and local taxes.
