Pamela Gill-Alabaster, Kenvue’s global head of ESG and sustainability, has announced her departure in June 2025. Gill-Alabaster, who established the company’s sustainability strategy following its split from Johnson & Johnson, shared her decision to “enjoy a bit of life” before considering her next role. In response, Kenvue will integrate the sustainability function into its R&D and operations division.
Jennifer Duran, previously vice president of product resilience and sustainability, will now lead the sustainability efforts. Duran brings experience from Reckitt, where she led product sustainability strategy and chaired its ingredients steering committee.
