Attack On Titan Season 4 Release Date Set for December, will the Hype be Worth it?

Attack on Titan is one of the most famous anime known worldwide for its action-packed sequences and great plotline. It gets you invested in the characters, with a backstory for each one of them, which is heartwrenching in a manner. The fourth and the final most awaited season is ready for its return and is set to begin on December 7, 2020.

The finale, which was announced by the Twitter Account of Crunchyroll, revealed that the Japanese broadcaster NHK would be premiering it at the beginning of December with new episodes every Monday. For the UK and US time zones, the premiere will be on Sunday, December 6, 10.10 am Eastern Time and 3.10 pm GMT.

Before the season 4 premiere, an original Attack on Titan movie, which will recap seasons 1-3 called the ‘Chronicle’ premiered on November 18; if you want to get that memory of yours refreshed, you know what to watch.

Unconfirmed reports say that there will be a two-cour split season of 10 and 12 episodes each, like season 3 of AOT. It may be the case that the first part will be aired between December 2020 and January 2021 and the final later.

Along with the storyline, viewers can now experience a fresh look of the Survey Corps as there is a change in the animation studio and style of our beloved survey corps. Season 4 of the anime will follow the story in chapter 91 of the manga and focus on what happened to Eren and his team after the end of season 3. The survey corps are ready for new adventures reaching far and out from the walls that they were hidden inside. The change of environment is revealed in the trailer, which shows a world war-like battlefield.

Several new titans are expected, and whilst we can see new titans and a final battle with Marley.

The survey corps are set out for new adventures beyond the island, and all hell is about to break loose. Get ready, for exciting changes, for a complete adventure like you’ve never seen before in the previous seasons. Crazy plot twists and origin stories, new characters, and so much more to look forward to, which will all be worth the hype the anime brings to you.
