Rowan Atkinson is a famous British actor, comedian, and author. He played the title characters in the sitcoms Mr. Bean (1990–1955) and Blackadder (1983–1989), as well as the film series Johnny English (2003–2018).

On January 6, 1955, Rowan Atkinson was born in the English town of Consett. When his third sibling left, he was a young boy.

Rowan Atkinson was admitted to Newcastle University and earned a degree. He later obtained his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s College in Oxford in 1978.

Rowan put $1 million into a McLaren F1 in production in 1997. In 1999 and 2011, he totaled the car TWICE.

Repair costs from the crash in 2011 were $1.4 million. As a result, his annual insurance costs went up to $100,000. Driving or buying this one car would cost $8300.
