Outlaw King is a historical action drama film. The story is about Robert the Bruce who was the 14th-century Scottish king who started a war against the larger English army. The film took place during the historical period from 1304 when Bruce rebels against the rule of Edward I who ruled over Scotland.
Hence becoming an outlaw, up to 1307 at the time of the Battle of Loudoun Hill. Outlaw King was directed by David Mackenzie.
