The excitement for IU’s highly anticipated comeback just keeps growing! Not only will she be collaborating with BTS’s V in the music video, but the project will also be helmed by the talented director Uhm Tae Hwa.

News broke on December 7th that Uhm Tae Hwa, the director behind the critically acclaimed 2023 disaster film “Concrete Utopia,” will be directing IU’s upcoming music video. This collaboration has fans buzzing with anticipation, especially considering V’s involvement.

IU’s agency, EDAM Entertainment, confirmed the news, stating that filming with Director Uhm Tae Hwa is complete, and IU is currently focusing on wrapping up filming for the drama “You Have Done Well.”

V appeared on IU’s palette show.

This isn’t the first time IU and Uhm Tae Hwa have joined forces. They previously collaborated on the video production for IU’s 10th-anniversary concert back in 2018. Additionally, IU has a history of successful collaborations with BTS members, having previously worked with SUGA on tracks like “Eight” and his solo song “People Part 2.”
