RIIZE, under SM Entertainment, celebrated their 100-day debut anniversary with a heartwarming fan meeting titled ‘2023 RIIZE 100 DAYS PARTY ‘Hello, BRIIZE” on December 17th. The event, held at the Kwangwoon University Donghae Culture Arts Center Grand Theater in Seoul, quickly sold out in a minute of ticket sales.
The fan meeting, designed with a cosy winter hideout theme, was a meaningful occasion ahead of Christmas and the year-end. RIIZE opened the event with a refreshing cover of Super Junior’s ‘Miracle’ and performed their hits ‘Get A Guitar,’ ‘Talk Saxy,’ ‘Memories,’ and ‘Siren,’ receiving enthusiastic responses from fans.
The group celebrated their milestone with a cake-lighting ceremony led by Super Junior’s Leeteuk, who served as the MC. They shared their thoughts, bucket lists, and personal anecdotes, and performed songs they practised before debut, including confident dance covers and vocal highlights.
RIIZE members read congratulatory messages from fans, expressing their deep emotions and gratitude, stating, “It’s touching to receive such wonderful words. This will remain in our memories for a long time.” They also completed fan missions, including recording morning calls, taking group photos, and dancing to TVXQ’s ‘Rising Sun’ and SHINee’s ‘Replay,’ as well as singing carols accompanied by Wonbin’s guitar.
At the conclusion of the fan meeting, RIIZE reflected, “So much has happened over these 100 days, it felt both long and fleeting. We are thankful to our BRIIZE for always being our strength. We’ll continue to grow as our team name suggests, so please keep watching us with love.”
The group also teased their upcoming comeback on January 5th, asking for continued support from their fans. RIIZE is set to appear at the ‘2023 SBS Gayo Daejeon’ on December 25th at the Incheon Inspire Arena.
