In 2023, K-pop continued its triumphant journey, solidifying its global presence and mesmerizing audiences worldwide. The Hallyu wave once again surged with contributions from diverse artists, fostering an ever-expanding fandom.

The 33rd Seoul Music Awards took centre stage on January 2 to commemorate yet another stellar year for K-pop. The event was held at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, marking the first time this annual ceremony was hosted outside South Korea.
