Lindsay Lohan Wows in Red Carpet Return at “Mean Girls” Premiere

Lindsay Lohan looked really beautiful at the premiere of the new “Mean Girls” musical movie.

She wore a stunning black dress with sparkly silver crystals at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City on Monday.

Lohan, who played Cady Heron in the original 2004 comedy, posed for photos with Tina Fey, who wrote the first movie, and Lorne Michaels, who produced it.

“It’s stood the test of time,” Lohan, 37, said about the original movie. “I feel really grateful. I mean, it’s not very often that you have all these movies that do that. ‘Mean Girls’ really opened the doors for a lot of things going on in schools. I think it’s also a really fun movie, so it’s really a blessing.”

She wore a backless gown and posed with Fey, Michaels, and actress Reneé Rapp.

Lohan also took pictures with Megan Thee Stallion and Angourie Rice, who stars as the new Cady Heron.

When asked if she identifies as a “cool mom,” a reference from “Mean Girls,” she laughed and said, “I hope so.”

OG “Mean Girls” stars Amanda Seyfried, 38, and Lacey Chabert, 41, reunited with Lohan for a series of Walmart Black Friday ads in 2023, but Rachel McAdams, 45, was not part of it.

However, Lohan said Seyfried, Chabert, and herself “always talk about” reprising their roles.

The new “Mean Girls” movie, a musical based on the Broadway show, hits theaters on Jan. 12.
