Kourtney Kardashian Discusses Emotional Toll of Five Unsuccessful IVF Tries Before Rocky

Kourtney Kardashian is sharing her journey to having her son Rocky, and it was not easy. Someone on Instagram asked her how she kept going after six failed IVF attempts.

Kardashian replied on her Instagram Story, saying she had five failed IVF cycles and three egg retrievals before getting pregnant with Rocky, who is now 6 months old. She stopped trying after a year, and during that break, she says she believed in God’s plan for her life and focused on her health.

In another Instagram Story, she clarified that Rocky was conceived naturally, not through IVF, about a year after she stopped trying through IVF.

She gave birth to Rocky in November 2023, after a scary fetal surgery just two months earlier. She thanked her doctors, her husband Travis Barker, and her mom for their support during that difficult time.

On the season premiere of The Kardashians, she talked about the health scare and how grateful she is for how everything turned out.

It’s a reminder that sometimes things don’t go as planned, but with faith and support, miracles can happen.
