BTS’s J-Hope is making headlines for his recent real estate acquisition! According to a June 20th report by Ten Asia, J-Hope purchased a luxurious penthouse apartment in the prestigious Afer Hangang complex entirely with cash.
The impressive duplex unit boasts 273.86 square meters of living space spread across two floors, offering breathtaking views of Yongsan Park and the Han River. J-Hope reportedly acquired the property back in 2020 and recently finalized the ownership transfer on June 10th.
Afer Hangang is a symbol of luxury living, designed by renowned architect Professor Yoo Hyun Joon. Residents enjoy the exclusivity of only 26 units in the complex, ranging in size from 205.84 to 273.94 square meters. The prime location spans from the 5th basement floor to the 10th floor above ground.
J-Hope is no stranger to the high-end property market. Previously, he purchased two luxury apartments in the Trimage complex, located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Notably, both these properties were also reportedly purchased entirely in cash.
Despite his current military service as an assistant instructor, J-Hope’s career continues to soar. His special album, “HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1,” released in March, achieved significant success on the U.S. Billboard charts. The album’s pop-up event further solidified his popularity, with reservations filling up in just hours of opening.
J-Hope’s dedication to his music and his savvy financial investments solidify him as a multi-faceted star with a bright future ahead.
