'I Live Alone' Tops Gallup Korea's 'Favorite TV Programs' Poll

MBC’s beloved variety show ‘I Live Alone’ has claimed the top spot in Gallup Korea’s ‘Favorite TV Programs’ survey. Conducted from June 18-20, the poll surveyed 1,002 men and women aged 18 and over across the country, revealing that ‘I Live Alone’ secured 3.4% of the votes.

‘I Live Alone’ showcases the diverse lifestyles of single celebrities, resonating with viewers through its authentic portrayal of single living. The show’s immense popularity stems from the chemistry among its members, including Jun Hyun Moo, Kian84, Key, and Park Na Rae, who bring laughter and warmth to Friday nights with their interactions and adventures.

The show recently featured actor Koo Sung Hwan, who has become a fan favourite. His appearance in a recent episode earned him the top spot in the non-drama personality category of the June Week 3 Fundex Report by the media analysis agency Good Data Corporation. Koo Sung Hwan, who was introduced as Lee Ju Seung’s friend two years ago, is now hailed as the show’s new ‘cheat code’ thanks to his engaging single-life portrayal.

Director Heo Hang expressed gratitude to the show’s loyal viewers, stating, “Thank you for the viewers’ love. We aim to be a program that feels like an old friend but continues to offer new fun. Please continue to show your love and support in the second half of the year.”
