Kim Woo Bin Makes Power Move: Snags Former BTS HQ for $10.7 Million

Kim Woo Bin has made a splash in the real estate market with a notable purchase. On the 25th, his agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed that the actor acquired a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

This isn’t just any building; it’s the former headquarters of Big Hit Entertainment, the agency that managed BTS. The property was bought for a significant 13.7 billion KRW, which is approximately 10.7 million USD.

Big Hit Music, now known as HYBE, operated from this building between 2007 and 2018 before moving to Samseong-dong. The company later rebranded to HYBE and relocated to Yongsan in 2020. This building holds a rich history, having witnessed the early and formative years of BTS’s astronomical rise to fame.

Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin is not just making waves in real estate. He is set to star in the Netflix original series ‘All the Love You Wish For.’ Fans are eagerly looking forward to his return to the screen in this highly anticipated project.
