This isn’t just any building; it’s the former headquarters of Big Hit Entertainment, the agency that managed BTS. The property was bought for a significant 13.7 billion KRW, which is approximately 10.7 million USD.

Big Hit Music, now known as HYBE, operated from this building between 2007 and 2018 before moving to Samseong-dong. The company later rebranded to HYBE and relocated to Yongsan in 2020.
