Stray Kids’ Felix has made history as the youngest member to join UNICEF’s ‘Honors Club’. On January 4, the Korean Committee of UNICEF announced Felix’s significant donation of 100 million Won ($76,400.33 USD), marking him as the first member to join in 2024.
UNICEF praised Felix, stating, “Felix has become the youngest member to join UNICEF’s Honors Club in history as well as the first member to join in 2024 with his donation. He’s a well-known person who’s always taken the lead in donation activities for underprivileged neighbours.”
Felix’s contribution aims to help children in Laos face developmental challenges due to inadequate drinking water, sanitation, and nutrition. Reflecting on his donation, Felix shared, “I participated in this donation because I wanted to share the love I received. I hope children in Laos, who are suffering from difficulties due to polluted water, poor hygienic conditions, and insufficient nutrition, will grow up in good health in a safer environment in the new year.”
This philanthropic gesture follows Felix’s previous engagement with Save the Children’s ‘Honors Club last March, further highlighting his commitment to supporting those in need.
