At the 38th Golden Disc Awards held at Jakarta International Stadium on January 6, 2024, BLACKPINK’s JISOO achieved a significant milestone in South Korean music history. She secured the prestigious “Most Popular Artist” Award, becoming the first female soloist in 16 years to attain this honour since TAEYEON in 2008.
