BABYMONSTER's 'Batter Up' Tops Mubeat's January Video Chart Again

On February 7, global fandom platform Mubeat announced its January video chart, revealing BABYMONSTER’s “Batter Up” as the top video for the second consecutive month. The pre-debut track has impressed audiences with its intense hip-hop vibe, reflecting the potential of YG Entertainment’s upcoming girl group.

Following its record-breaking performance in December, “Batter Up” continued to dominate, securing the highest number of views in January. In addition, BABYMONSTER released a second pre-debut single, “Stuck In The Middle,” on February 1, as they prepare for their full debut in April, with member Ahyeon rejoining the lineup.

BABYMONSTER’s “Batter Up” leads Mubeat’s video chart for the second month.

JYP’s NMIXX claimed the second spot on the chart with their energetic mix-pop track “Dash,” which also earned them a quadruple crown in music shows. IU’s “Love Wins All” took third place, notable for its direction by Um Tae Hwa and a guest appearance by BTS’s V.

Other notable entries include rookie boy group ALL(H)OURS at fourth with “Gotcha,” Pentagon Hui’s “Hmm BOP” at sixth, and (G)I-DLE’s tracks “Super Lady” and “Wife” at fifth and seventh, respectively.

Mubeat’s monthly video chart, based on YouTube and in-app views, provides an insightful snapshot of K-pop music video popularity. Mubeat continues to engage fans globally through music shows and awards ceremony votes.
